Each class has a maximum of 8 participants ensuring the instructor to participant ratio is perfect for correcting form or adjusting the load.

Whether you are new to reformer pilates, or an experienced client, our classes cater to a full body workout concluding with a stretch at the end to have you leaving flexible and strong.
