CANCELLATION POLICY
KT Health & Wellness is a busy clinic and we have a waitlist of people hoping for an appointment. We ask you to respect your practitioners time and our patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. However a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION FEES
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or you do not show up for your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.
