If you don’t feel like typical gym training is for you, and instead want a more private style of workout tailored to your level, this is for you!
Even if you have some old injuries or sore joints, we customise your session to your level so you feel comfortable.

What’s Included In Our Program:
- 3 x a week access to our small group Reformer Pilates sessions at our Menai studio
- Sessions are available 6-Days a week with complete flexibility for you so it’s easy to fit into your routine
- Initial ‘Fundamentals’ session with the other ladies just like you, also starting out to ensure you are comfortable with the Reformer (instead of being thrown in the deep end and feeling lost!)
- Personal accountability coach to encourage you and keep you on track each week
